Redevelopment of the former Radlett Aerodrome : SEGRO Logistics Park Radlett

Our contractors will commence removal of the existing bund and over burden donated by the blue and orange shading during week commencing 3rd August 2026. The material which has been tested is clean inert soils and will be relocated and used within the site.

The work is necessary to allow the construction of the consented roads and associated infrastructure which is denoted by the white lines overlaid. The duration of these works is expected to be two to three weeks.

All works have been reviewed and continue to be reviewed by regulatory bodies and qualified ecological advisers. Our contractors will deploy active dust management mitigations to control dust generated by the excavation works.

The below ground landfill materials will be removed as a separate operation following completion of these works. Details will be notified in a future update.
