Another workshop has just been added to the line-up.
The Brilliance of Resilience Workshops
Do you struggle with stress or anxiety, or is your child worried or anxious?
Would you like to have more mental clarity and connection with your family?
We are hosting resilience workshops, at the Park Street Resident’s Association Well-being day on Sunday 13th October 2019.
Our 75 min interactive sessions (at 1.pm and 2.30pm) will focus on family relationships and are suitable for anyone from aged ten – 110.
We will be discovering
- That people, circumstances and things cannot dictate how we feel – positively or negatively.
- How we can experience difficult / tricky situations and still be calm, resourceful, resilient and wise.
“Everyone of us has a mental waste basket, and it would be a lot healthier if we learned to use it”. Syd Banks
I have personally seen the impact, for me and my daughter, of this understanding and would encourage you to come along and join us.
You can book using the link https://calendly.com/zoeepatrick/the-brilliance-of-resilience or email me directly. (£10 adults under 16’s £2.50)
Hope to see you there.
